We are looking for a RevOps Manager to own the data infrastructure, customer health scoring, and operational reporting that make data-driven customer operations possible at Groweo. Without RevOps, our enablement programs cannot target the right customers, our Customer Success Managers cannot see which accounts need attention, and management cannot see whether the organisation is working. You are the person who changes that.
Who are you?
You have built a post-sales process in a CRM from scratch before: deal closed, onboarding pipeline, active customer management, renewal tracking, churn-risk flagging. You know how to do it hands-on, not by delegating implementation. You are equally comfortable in a HubSpot workflow builder, a SQL query, and a BI dashboard.
You design health scores that actually predict churn, you care about data quality, and you understand the customer lifecycle metrics that matter: ARR, MRR, churn, expansion, time-to-value, NPS.
What will you do?
You own CRM data quality and build the post-sales customer journey in our CRM. You design and maintain customer health scores and the segmentation rules that power our enablement automation. You build automated reporting for CS Team Leads, the CCO, and the CEO, run retention and churn analysis, and provide the data layer that makes the Customer Enablement Manager's programs work. You support Sales, Product, and Finance with the data they need, and you use integration and AI-powered productivity tools to automate operational workflows.
This role suits you if…
You have proven experience building a post-sales process in a CRM from scratch: onboarding pipeline, active customer management, renewal tracking, and churn-risk flagging
You have proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CS Operations at a SaaS company
You have deep hands-on HubSpot (or comparable CRM) experience: custom properties, deal stages, lifecycle pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and integrations. This is not a strategy role that delegates implementation
You have SQL or equivalent data query skills for extracting and analysing customer data
You are experienced with BI and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
You are experienced with integration tools (Zapier, Make, native CRM integrations) and AI-powered productivity tools (Claude Code or similar) for building and automating operational workflows
You can design customer health scores that actually predict churn
You have GDPR and data governance awareness, and you understand how to handle customer data responsibly within EU regulations
You are disciplined about process mapping, documentation, and data quality
You understand customer lifecycle metrics: ARR, MRR, churn rate, expansion revenue, time-to-value, NPS
Desirable qualifications:
CRM platform administration certification (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
Experience with subscription billing systems (Stripe, or similar)
Experience implementing or migrating CRM platforms

Salary depending on your experience and background: €4800-€5250
