We are looking for a Customer Success Team Lead to lead our Customer Success Associate team in a pooled, high-volume motion. This is a pure leadership role with no personal customer portfolio: you own your team's output, meaning customer retention, satisfaction, and measurable value deliver.
Who are you?
You know what good customer success looks like, and you know how to make it work at scale. Your team serves a large pool of customers, with each Associate managing 300+ accounts, so you think about efficiency, clarity, and repeatable processes as much as warmth. You understand that coaching your team on business understanding is the part of the job you care about most.
Our customers are owner-operators (plumbers, accountants, restaurant owners) who think in leads and bookings, not marketing funnels, and you help your team speak their language.
What will you do?
You lead the Customer Success Associate team: setting and maintaining the quality standard for every customer interaction, coaching team members on business understanding and value communication, and balancing workload across a pooled model. You design the KPI frameworks and playbooks the team follows. You monitor customer health metrics and step in on at-risk accounts, you hire and onboard as the team scales, and you coordinate with the other CS Team Lead, Support, Sales, and Product. You report on retention, optimisation delivery, satisfaction, and team capacity.
This role suits you if…
You have 4+ years in customer success or account management, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
You understand what "good customer success" looks like and can set quality standards for how the team communicates and demonstrates value
Coaching is your strength: you can develop Associates' business understanding so customers always see the value of what has been done
You can design and track KPI frameworks: retention, customer health, satisfaction, and team performance
You can build repeatable playbooks for onboarding and regular customer interactions
You are comfortable hiring: interviewing and evaluating candidates for CS roles
You are strong operationally: workload distribution, portfolio balancing, and capacity planning
You build a team culture where business understanding is valued above technical speed
You are curious about AI and comfortable with prompting
You communicate clearly in both Finnish and English

Salary depending on your experience and background: €5100 - €5700 OTE (80% base salary)
